At Sumachay Lifts India, we are committed to providing fast, transparent, and reliable repair services. Our service rate is ₹4,000 for every ½ hour of repair time. Please note that any spare parts required are billed separately.

Example: If your machine’s key is broken in the lock, the spare part cost would be ₹1,500. Since this repair can be completed within 20 minutes, the total service charge would be ₹4,000.

Warranty Information

Your Sumachay Electric Pallet Jack or Stacker is protected by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase as per your invoice. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and breakdowns under normal operating conditions.

Not Covered Under Warranty:
• Normal wear and tear (wheels, fuses, brushes, etc.)
• Damage from misuse, negligence, overloading, or accidents
• Rust, corrosion, or damage from chemicals or water exposure
• Unauthorized alterations, modifications, or repairs

Inspection Requirement:

Before any repair or replacement under warranty, the unit must be inspected by Sumachay Lifts India to confirm the cause of the issue. In certain cases, the customer may be required to ship the unit to our warehouse for full evaluation.
• Customers bear shipping costs to and from the inspection location.
• Replacement or repair approval will be at Sumachay’s sole discretion after inspection.

Additional Notes:
• On-site repairs are not included and may incur additional travel charges.
• Regular cleaning, lubrication, and correct storage are recommended to maintain performance.
